If you have a system already running open. SUSE, you can simply upgrade to Leap 4. The procedure is not terribly difficult or complicated. It is described step by step with examples on the open. Note that this will download all the necessary packages and then immediately start the installationupgrade process. Keep in mind that this is absolutely not a fast system by todays standards, it has some sort of Intel Atom processor, 1. GB of memory, and a mediocre SATA disk drive.
